Order some tissue paper and look up a rose folding origami website. That would definitely be the cheapest! And your mom would be so impressed that you folded paper flowers for her. They'd last longer than real flowers anyway.

Reply:saw 1800flowers had some cute things for 20 bucks plus shipping so maybe 25...found some I really think r a cute set....red,pink,white dozn roses ...19.99...i dont know why I like it but I do...check em out...if u live in the same state then heard walmart sells em cheap and trader joes
