Reply:I second the gimp suggestion. I have been using it for over a year, with great results. It can do anything that Photo Shop can do. When you're first getting used to it, search google for "gimp tutorial", and you'll find lots of great information.

  1. Gimp is an free and open source raster graphics editor. The image manipulation program app was mainly designed for Linux users.

Since Photoshop wasn’t accessible on Linux, that is the reason Gimp was the main photo editor for Linux operating systems. Before long, even the Windows users began to utilize the application. At that point, the application came out with a macOS form too.

  2. There are many free online photo editors now-a-days that you can use for your photo editing purpose. PAINT.net is such a tool. This free online photo editor has evolved over time. It still offers a refreshingly simple interface, but with updated tools for modern photo editing, including layers and filters.
